Our CrossFit 101 program is a 2 week, 7 session, informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. Jump into our regular classes for another 2 weeks after the program, all inclusive! In our CrossFit 101 sessions, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. CrossFit 101 is designed to ensure your success. It’s also a great way to get to know other new members and find that workout buddy, and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey.
If you prefer an individual program or just need a more flexible schedule, we offer accelerated, private sessions for $250. (Additional 2 week membership not included.)
CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. The Viking Protocol program is our in-house competitors class designed to prepare athletes looking to compete in olympic weightlifting and CrossFit competitions. Whether it’s at the local, regional or Games level, our Competitor’s Class is tailored to tackle high-level skills, build a superior engine and prepare the mental game.
Our Pitbull Protocol class is perfect for those looking to increase raw strength or even compete in powerlifting. Each class is designed around the 3 main power lifts, the squat, deadlift, and bench press. Form and technique are emphasized then put to work to improve movement proficiency and ingrain kinesthetic awareness as strength numbers increase. Our Pitbull Protocol builds big, powerful athletes and is suitable for the beginner to the most experienced power athletes.
The Mercury Protocol is a CrossFit Endurance based workout designed to prepare all levels of athletes to compete in everything from 5k races to long duration adventure/endurance events. When it comes to endurance or obstacle course race prep, we are simply the best. This class provides excellent running instruction combined with body weight movements and physical obstacles to build lean muscle mass, and teach superior efficiency in movement cycle to create fast, durable, long-lasting athletes.
