Anyone who is new to CrossFit will get the opportunity to experience CrossFit with our free Intro Session held every Saturday morning. If Saturday doesn’t work for your schedule, contact us for options! The purpose of this Intro Session is to get you moving and having fun, and to show you what the CrossFit Protocol community is all about.
