Partner 35 min AMRAP – (Rounds and Reps)

Box around with sled push/pull.

Partners both work together Sled Push 275/175 (6*45)/(5*35)

*One is always pushing, and one is always pulling: #itsheavy

After completing each box around:

50 slam ball cleans 40#/30# (1 ball per team)

2 rope climbs

*Break up reps however you want to between partners.

*Spread the start out by having them start the sled by where they do the slam ball cleans outside
